What we do
Eight pillars. One campaign.
These are the pieces a campaign can be built from. This is not a menu to order from — the market research runs first and decides which of them your neighborhood actually needs. A campaign that uses three of these well beats one that uses all eight badly.
The eight pillars
-
Who lives around you
Market research
Households, income and age ranges, when the subdivisions were built, what the roofs and furnaces in them are coming up on, who else is advertising, and what people in your towns are actually searching for. You get a market map and a recommended plan before anything is spent.
-
The streets, not the ZIP code
Direct mail
USPS Every Door Direct Mail, planned by carrier route using published route data instead of whole ZIP codes — so the campaign can follow the blocks around your job sites. A new-mover mailing is the one list-based option: the people who just bought a house and have not chosen anyone yet.
-
Where the town already gathers
Community marketing
Sponsorships, partnerships and a table at the places your customers already are — youth sports, school and church fundraisers, street festivals, home and garden shows — always with the organizer’s approval. We find the events, approach the organizers, build the table and plan the follow-up.
-
Everything with your name on it
Custom materials
Yard signs and job-site signage, door hangers for the street you are working, truck lettering and magnets, counter cards and flyers placed in nearby shops with permission, branded shirts and hats for the crew, leave-behinds for the invoice. Translated versions where the neighborhood calls for it.
-
Being there when it does break
Local search
Google Business Profile, service and service-area pages that actually say where you work, consistent listings across the directories, and a routine that asks your happy customers for the review instead of hoping.
-
The same streets, on a screen
Paid digital ads
Google search ads and Facebook and Instagram ads pointed at the same neighborhoods the print went to, so the name on the fridge and the name in the feed are the same name. You pay the ad spend; the service fee is separate and we say which is which.
-
One offer, everywhere
Offers and promotions
The campaign runs one offer and every channel carries it — an inspection, a seasonal tune-up, a price on the job you most want to be doing — built as a certificate with a code on it so it can be counted. Deal sites are an optional tool, not the plan.
-
Knowing which part worked
Tracking and measurement
Offer codes, QR codes and landing pages, a tracked phone number that forwards to your line, redemptions, and asking every caller where they heard about you. We call this a directional signal, not a complete count — because that is what it is.
How it is priced
There are no fixed packages.
Every estimate is scoped to the market, the channels the research calls for and the quantities involved. Direct mail is quoted per campaign with design, printing and postage included — one price, no separate print bill and no postage invoice later. Everything else is quoted on the estimate.
Where ad spend sits
On the paid pillars you pay the platforms for the ad spend and us for the work. We tell you which is which, in writing, before anything runs. We do not mark up your ad spend and then call it a fee.
What we will not promise
No guaranteed customers, calls, jobs, rankings or return on spend. No invented reviews, ratings, awards or years in business. Anything a campaign says about your company is something you told us and can stand behind — and tracking is a directional signal, not a complete count.
